Each year the industrial sector generates millions of tons of solid waste from production processes that are sent for disposal. We believe there is a better way to handle manufacturing wastewater solids; a more economical, environmentally safe way where waste is recycled and not just disposed in landfills.

Gold Gunk Environmental Group have developed a process where industrial wastewater is pretreated and the remaining industrial solids (sludge) are used as a raw material in the production of cement.  In 2017, approximately 86.3 million tons of cement were produced in the United States. Not only is our system a beneficial use for waste, but it also meets the increasing demand for cement.
